Who I Am
DeeStyles Collection is a Black-owned jewelry atelier I founded in Jonesboro, Georgia in 2020. Every piece is hand-forged by me — no casting, no solder, no shortcuts. I hammer, shape, and finish each chain, bracelet, and pendant by hand in my home studio.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information I collect, why I collect it, and how I protect it. When I say “I”, “me”, or “my”, I mean DeeStyles Collection. When I say “you”, I mean you — the soul trusting me to adorn you.
I am both the maker and the steward of your data. No team, no warehouse, no third-party data brokers.

I only collect what I need to forge and ship your jewelry with care:

How Long I Keep It
I keep your order information for as long as needed to comply with tax, legal, and warranty purposes — typically 5 years. This lets me honor repairs, resizing, and provide proof of purchase.
Custom consultation messages and design sketches are kept for 2 years unless you ask me to delete them sooner.
When data is no longer needed, I delete it or anonymize it from my records.

Custom Pricing & Consultations
When you request a custom piece, I may collect additional details like wrist or neck measurements, inspiration photos, budget range, and timeline.
This information is used only to create your quote and your one-of-a-kind piece. Custom quotes are confidential and never shared. Custom deposits are non-refundable because work begins immediately by hand.
Custom means yours alone. Your ideas, measurements, and sketches stay private in my studio.

Changes
As my studio grows, I may update this policy to reflect new practices or legal requirements. When I do, I will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
For material changes, I will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the site before the changes take effect.
