I'm Dee, the sole designer and metalsmith behind DeeStyles Collection. I cold-forge every link, clasp, and chain by hand in my Jonesboro studio — no mass production, just my hands, my tools, and a lot of patience.

Because each piece is made by me for you, I want to be fully transparent about how I ship, what happens if something goes missing, and how returns work. If anything below is unclear, please email me — I read every message myself.

Shipping Rates

US ONLY

STANDARD

USPS Ground Advantage, tracked. Jewelry only. 3-6 business days after my processing time.

NEXT-DAY

$40

USPS Priority Mail Express. Must order before 11am ET. Includes signature confirmation.

I ship from Jonesboro, GA via USPS only. At this time I do not offer international shipping.

Duties & Taxes: While I currently ship US-only, if your order is forwarded outside the US, you are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees assessed by customs. Those charges are not included in my shipping rates and are non-refundable.

Processing Time

3-5 business days

My Daily Edit and Main Character pieces are made-to-order in small batches. I hand-forge, finish, and quality-check each one before it leaves my bench. You'll get an email confirmation with tracking as soon as I dispatch it.

CUSTOM / BESPOKE

2-4 weeks after design approval

Custom work starts only after you approve my digital preview and submit payment. This timeline covers design finalization, hand-forging, and finishing.

Cancellation window: Once I dispatch your order and send tracking, I cannot cancel or intercept it. Please double-check your address and selections at checkout. If you need to make a change, email me immediately — I will do my best if your piece hasn't left my studio yet.

Lost or Undeliverable Packages

I rely on USPS tracking to get your jewelry to you safely, but once your package leaves my hands, delivery is in the carrier's control.

Wrong address: I am not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Please confirm your shipping address carefully.
If tracking shows delivered but you don't have it: Wait 24 hours, check with neighbors and your mail room, then contact me with your order number. I will help you open a USPS search.
Reship: If your package is returned to me as undeliverable, I can reship it for a $5 admin fee to cover my new label and handling. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Tip: If you notice an address error right after ordering, email me at deestylescollection@gmail.com before I ship — I will update it immediately at no extra charge.

I want you to love what you wear — here is how I handle returns.

Ready-to-Wear Returnable

My Daily Edit and Main Character collections are returnable within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging. To start a return, email me at deestylescollection@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Once I approve it, I will send you my return address in Jonesboro, GA.

Return shipping is at your cost. I recommend tracked shipping — I am not responsible for returns lost in transit. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of me receiving and inspecting your piece.

MY 30-DAY CRAFTSMANSHIP GUARANTEE

Made to last — and I stand behind it.

If your piece has a defect in my workmanship within 30 days (clasp failure, structural break not from misuse), I will repair or replace it at no cost. Email me photos — I will make it right.

Custom Orders

Custom is personal. When you commission a bespoke piece, I co-design it with you:

You share your vision, size, and inspiration with me.
I send you a digital preview and detailed quote for approval.
After you approve and pay, I hand-forge your one-of-a-kind piece over 2–4 weeks.

Because I create your piece specifically for you and cannot resell it, all custom and bespoke orders are final sale. Please review your preview carefully — I double-check every detail before I start forging.
