RECLAIM is a necklace I was inspired to create from a flat washer I found on the ground.

I wanted to turn that found piece into something meaningful. I used silver and copper wire to make coiled barrel links for the chain.

I made the pendant by taking the flat washer and wire wrapping it in copper and silver to form a sun rays design. I rested a silver Hamsa Hand of Fatima charm on the washer and I added hanging silver, orange and white beads for contrast and movement.

I made it 24 inches long so it sits as a versatile statement length. I handcrafted it in my Jonesboro, GA studio as upcycled jewelry that is truly one-of-a-kind.

JEWELRY CARE TIP:
This is upcycled mixed metal jewelry. Store flat in a soft pouch away from moisture to preserve the wire work and washer. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wear. Avoid water, lotions and perfumes and remove before swimming to protect the bead dangles and wire wrap.
