ANKH STRENGTH is a piece I created in my Egyptian Collection to honor the Ankh, the ancient Egyptian symbol of life.

I made this Ankh pendant showcasing the timeless beauty of wire wrapping, a technique I use to secure the gemstone and add artistic flair. I used non-tarnish copper wire so the necklace maintains its luster over time, and I gave each pendant a unique touch with my coiled wrapping technique.

I placed a large onyx gemstone at the heart of the necklace for its protective qualities and connection to strength and vigor. I adorned the 26-inch chain with hematite beads and I finished it with my signature DSC swirl hook and eye clasp that is both functional and stylish.

I handcrafted it in my Jonesboro, GA studio. The Ankh, also known as the key of life, represents life and balance, joy, energy and fertility. I made this as a modern heirloom reflecting my dedication to quality and homage to the rich symbolism of Egyptian culture.

JEWELRY CARE TIP:
Non-tarnish copper, onyx and hematite need gentle care. Store in a soft pouch away from moisture and sunlight. Wipe copper and beads with a soft dry cloth after wear. Avoid water, perfume and lotions to maintain luster and protect the wire wrapping.
