SEBA is my tribute to Egyptian mythology.

I made this Egyptian Imperial Jasper Set around the Seba, or star emblem, which is central to this design and symbolizes the celestial deities and constellations revered in ancient times. These stars, known as the followers of Osiris, are linked with the souls of the departed in the Egyptian Underworld, Duat.

I handcrafted the necklace chain and adorned it with 18 imperial jasper beads, each encased in coiled brass wire. At the heart I suspended the Seba emblem and I nestled an imperial jasper bead within a wire-woven pyramid, a nod to the monumental structures that have stood for millennia.

I completed the set with a bracelet that mirrors the design, with six imperial jasper beads wrapped in brass wire. I finished both pieces with my signature DSC swirl hook and eye clasp for a secure and elegant closure.

I handcrafted this set in my Jonesboro, GA studio. Each set tells a story, connecting you to the mystique of a civilization that has captivated the imagination for centuries.
